Ahh yes..training.  There are a lot of options and here are a few to get started with....

 

1. The team of Shayla Swanson and Matthew Parks are offering customized training services to Equinox participants.  These two can set you for success in 3 Hour events through 24 Hour events, whether it is just finishing or setting a personal record, beginner to expert, with 10 days to prepare or with 8 weeks.  Go to www.movingforward.biz or contact Matthew at matthewbryanparks@gmail.com or 406 580 7987.

 

2. Look carefully at the "Race Info" page on the website here.  There are several good tips from past participants regarging preparation.

 

3. Take a lesson, even if you have been skiing a long time.  Technique can make a world of difference with energy conservation over a long distance event.

 

4. Train with your Equinox teamates, it is more fun!
